How are Keis Garments powered?
All Keis garments come with a fused supply lead designed to be connected across a 12v vehicle battery. A cigarette lighter adaptor is available for vehicles so equipped. In addition the bodywarmer can be powered using optional Lithium Ion Battery Packs with integral temperature controllers that can be charged from the mains. These Battery Packs are available in two sizes and can provide up to 20 hours of operation depending on the load.
Can I power more than one Keis Garment from one power source?
Yes, an optional adaptor lead allows for up to three garments to be powered from the same power source. Be aware that when using battery packs the period of operation is reduced as more garments are connected.
Can I wash my Keis Garments?
One of the advantages of Keis technology is that they can be washed. We do not recommend machine washing however. Simply remove the battery packs, controllers and accessory leads and hand wash at 40ºC.
What temperature can I expect from my Keis Garments
This will depend on the item concerned. However without any form of controller they are working at maximum output which may be too warm for average conditions. We do recommend that the garments are used with a controller which also helps to extend battery life.

What is the warranty on Keis Apparel garments?
All Keis products have a 1 year warranty.
