If you receive any item(s) that is different to that which you ordered, please go to the Motohaus Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) portal, at http://motohaus.returnsportal.net/. Create an account and follow the instructions to receive a RMA number, which is necessary to help action your refund or return.
Once this has been processed return it to Motohaus within 7 days from receipt. For your protection Motohaus strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s). When we receive the item(s) back we will contact you and offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days (providing the item is in the condition as dispatched to you).
If you receive any item that is damaged or faulty, please follow the steps above to obtain an RMA number and return it to Motohaus within 7 days from receipt. For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s). When we receive the item(s) back Motohaus will contact you and offer you a replacement, repair or a full refund within 10 working days.
If you wish Motohaus to collect incorrect goods, damaged goods or faulty goods please phone us on +44 (0)1256 704909 between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm GMT Monday to Friday (calls are charged at standard rate). Motohaus will then arrange for collection of the goods.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs unless the goods were delivered faulty or incorrectly.
