Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs quoted are for UK Mainland only (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands). For Off-shore, Europe and Worldwide destinations that are not listed please e-mail or call us on +44 01256 704909 before making a purchase so we can calculate the cost, otherwise your order may be delayed. Mainland orders are charged £5.82 + VAT.
We aim to process your order the same day and ship within 48 hours. If your order is urgent you are advised to contact us on +44 1256 704909 so we can quote you for next day delivery which will be charged accordingly. Small or low value orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail. Larger or high value orders are despatched by courier and will require a signature. We advise when possible that signed for orders are shipped to a business address to avoid delays where you may not be in to sign for a package. For International orders please allow up to 10 working days.
If your item is not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone with the option to back order.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20% VAT is included in our prices. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to remove the VAT from the final price.

If you receive any item(s) that is different to that which you ordered, please call Motohaus on 01256 704909 and request a Return Number. Once this has been processed return it to Motohaus within 7 days from receipt enclosing a covering note. For your protection Motohaus strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s).When we receive the item(s) back we will contact you and offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days (providing the item is in the condition as dispatched to you).
If you receive any item that is damaged or faulty, please return it to Motohaus within 7 days from receipt enclosing a covering note. For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s). When we receive the item(s) back Motohaus will contact you and offer you a replacement, repair or a full refund within 10 working days.
If you wish Motohaus to collect incorrect goods, damaged goods or faulty goods please phone us on +44 (0)1256 704909 between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm GMT Monday to Friday (calls are charged at standard rate). Motohaus will then arrange for collection of the goods.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs unless the goods were delivered faulty or incorrectly.
Cancellations (UK Only)
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel the contract to purchase an item within seven working days of its delivery.
On-Line orders can only be paid for by credit/debit card and PayPal.
